Cheetos Chicken Tenders – Only 3 ingredients! Chicken tenders coated in honey mustard and crushed Cheetos and baked in the air fryer or oven – SO yummy! Kids gobble these up! Can make in advance and freeze for later. Great weeknight meal!
Equipment:

Rimmed Baking Sheet with Wire Rack
Philips XXL Air Fryer
Ingredients:

raw chicken tenderloins
salt and pepper
to taste

onion powder
¼
tsp
garlic powder

cup
finely crushed Cheetos
⅓
cup
honey mustard dressing
Instructions:
Pulse Cheetos in a food processor. Transfer to a bowl.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Toss tenders in honey mustard dressing, then dredge in Cheetos crumbs.
Place chicken in air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
Set air fryer to 375ºF and cook chicken for 8 minutes. Repeat with remaining chicken.
To bake in the oven, preheat oven to 475ºF. Arrange coated chicken on a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Cook for 15 minutes.
Notes:
You can use any chicken that you have on hand. Boneless skinless chicken breasts, chicken thighs, or chicken tenderloins.
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces to make chicken nuggets.
You can use this coating on bone-in chicken and chicken wings.
Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 165ºF in the thickest part of the chicken.
Season the chicken with your favorite spices.
